First I want to send you my Sympathy on the lose of Jackson. All your strength just makes me think, what am I complaining about. I have rough days with my son and myself, and after what you went through my problems seem like nothing, and makes me ashamed that I even think I have the right to complain. Therese Brey has been keeping me up on things, and I have been on your web sight often, and have been thinking, and praying for Jackson and all of you. I have had a little angle go to heaven in our family, and I still think of him. God does things in a weird ways, someday we can all ask Why!! Untill then, we have wonderful angels watching over us to keep us safe. What you have done for Jackson was wonderfull keeping everyone informed, and the web sites, it is all great memories to have and to look back on. I could keep going on, but I have been long winded already.

Keep the faith, and again my sympathy goes out to you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I got this web site from the Hope for HLHS emails and wanted to let you know your family is in our thoughts and prayers. Just 11 months ago we lost our sweet Harley to HLHS and had to make some of the same choices you did. Please know your not alone in this journey and that there are many Angels above that greated your sweet Jackson into Heaven. Also know that your sweet Jackson knows you loved him more then words could ever say or explain and that you did everything you could for him and you loved him with everything you had in you.

When your ready please join us Angel Mama's over at the Hope for HLHS Angels site. There are many of us over there that know just what you have gone through and are great listeners when you need to vent, cry, yell, question life, and one day share your happy memories of your sweet boy with us. Until then may God be with you to ease your pain. Heart Hugs.

Jake, Sara, Molly, and Sweet Baby Jackson,

Your family does not know me personally, but I am certain we have passed one another in the halls of CHW as our babies were in the hospital at the same time. I came across this site through another CHD'er family and I have been following Jackson's journey everysince. Just wanted to send a post and let you know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers, and I pray that Jackson finds peace, comfort, and that God's will be done. I continue to pray for miracle, as it is never to late for a miracle.

Heart Hugs,

I came to your site through an e-mail and I am touched by your mission to help your little cousin. I've never heard of his condition before, which goes to show that you learn something new everyday. I will pray for you and your cousin that he is able to grow up and experience things as other children do without the hinderance of a handicap. God bless and be prosperous.

This is Kari Cady's mom, Sue writing to you. I know that there are not any words that I, or anyone else could write to make things better for you and your family at this sorrowful time. I did, however, want you to know that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time, and in the future. God blessed you with little Jackson, and he will be treasured forever. He is truly an angel sent from above. My heart goes out to you...

God bless you all,

You are amazingly strong people. I pray that God is with you during this very trying time. I have cried so many tears looking at your pictures and updates online and wonder how you can remain so strong.

I vaguely remember Grandma Bauknecht, but I do remember her being a very loving and caring person. I know that she is anxiously awaiting your arrival at Heaven's gate to cuddle with you. She wants her time. Grandpa Bauknecht was an incredibly strong person. I think that is where you get it from. Grandpa fought so hard to stay on this earth with us, but in time, he needed to return to Grandma. Jackson, I want your pain to be over. I want you to be happy and healthy. GOD BLESS YOU LITTLE ONE. We will see you again someday.

Take care,

Hi Jackson and family!

You do not know me, but I am a friend of your cousin Julia and Auntie Kaye. Through them I have heard about about you and what a fighter you are! b(^) I am in awe of the strength that you have shown in your young life ... and that strength has transferred to your family that loves you dearly. Please know that you and all of your family are also in my prayers. Your precious little life has given the rest of us the "wake up call" that life is not to be taken for granted.

THANK YOU! Thank you to mom and dad - for not giving up - for staying strong in your faith and loving Jackson with all your heart. Thank you to Molly for being the AWESOME Big sister! That's a pretty tough job, and from what I hear ... you are doing it fantastically!

Please know that you all are loved ... even by people that do not directly know you.

Stay strong!

With Love, Hugs, and prayers ...

Jill Richmond

i hope you pray and meditate on the scripture on a daily basis and see what the LORD can do for you. isaiah 53:5 but he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him,and by his wounds we are healed.

Hello. :) I read about your precious baby on a bulletin your friend Chris sent out on Myspace. I was so saddened when I started reading about him. I had a very sick baby at three months and it left her with cerebral palsey and epilepsy so I know all too well the heartache of watching your child in pain and so sick and I also know what it does to the parents. The stress, worry and weariness can grow very strong...its so hard. Please know that I will be praying for all of you. I know God has this sweet little thing under his protective hand. God Bless you all.

Sara, Jake and Molly,

I can't even begin to imagine the pain you must be going through knowing you will have to let go of your precious little Jackson. My heart aches for you. I pray every day that God gives you the strength to carry you through this tough time. I am so proud of the beautiful family that you are. I love you very much!!!

You hold a very special place in my heart. You are truly a gift from God. If it is Gods will to make you one of His very special angels, Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Bauknecht will be there to greet you and Great Grandma will rock you and sing to you just as she did with all her babies. I know you will be in very loving hands. God bless you little one. I love you very much!!!

Gods Love to all of you,

Auntie Bev

Jake, Sara, and Molly

I have just finished reading Jack's journal and I am so amazed at the trooper that he is. He has been thru too much for such a little guy. My prayers are with all of you in this trying time. I have to tell you what a beautiful little boy Jack is. What an angelic smile. May you find strength and courage during this very hard time. I have not been thru any of this but I do have children and now grandchildren and pray every single day for them. I also pray for all the babies I come across on myspace. After all, the babies keep the world going.

Jake and Sara you are amazing. Any child would be blessed to have you two for parents. Jack was given to you for a reason. You were the best possible parents God could have given Jack to. May you stay strong in His grace. My prayers will continue not only for Jack but for all who need a little extra "boost"

God Bless You Jack
